The Leadership Knowledge Cafe hosts my resources that serve leaders in today’s rapidly changing global marketplace. Why the unusual name? Well, first of all, I spent a formative year working in Paris, where cafes are a way of life! More importantly, a knowledge cafe is a specific approach to learning and leading change, particularly in a team environment. It is a methodology supported and utilized by leadership guru Peter Senge.

The Journey & The Destination
Building a successful team is a leadership journey. The knowledge cafe philosophy matches my own in that a leader, team, or organization likely has the right answers to the questions if the right questions are asked in the right forum. It’s a discovery process that leads to lasting solutions, where the journey and the destination are of equal value to all involved. Of course, once the right questions are asked and answered, then it’s time for action!
